I recently had a great stay at Double Tree by Hilton Hyde Park. The staff were incredibly friendly and nice to have a chat with, also special thanks to Caner for the warm welcome with a bunch of cookies, it was really nice. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a good rest. The hotel's location near Hyde Park made it convenient for exploring the city, and the staff's helpfulness added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend DoubleTree Hyde Park for a delightful and hassle-free stay in London. It truly exceeded my expectations.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton London - Hyde Park was excellent. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bed that allowed me to rest well after busy days exploring the city.
The breakfast was outstanding — plenty of variety, fresh options, and high quality. I particularly enjoyed the made-to-order items and the nice atmosphere in the dining area.
The location is one of the biggest advantages of this hotel. It’s directly across from Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens, perfect for morning walks, and just steps away from Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, making it easy to get around London.
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic choice if you want comfort, convenience, and a prime central location in London. I would definitely return!

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Everything was wonderful. Perfect location. Our room was large by European standards. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Excellent staff. Would definitely stay again.

Had a room booked for two nights. One booked through a cruise group and one booked by us. On checking we were told we woyld have to move rooms. We had to vacate the room we were in by 12.00pm but unable to get into the new room until 3.00pm. I was unable to have a shower in the first room as the water was either boiling hot (as in, couldn't even hold your hand under it) or literallt no water at all. Same situation worthy the handbasin so I had to clean my teeth with bottles water. They didn't seem to care when advised.
For the price of this place i had much higher expectations. I have since lowered them and if you choose to say here, I strongly suggest you do too

I recently stayed at this four-star hotel and was very disappointed. The cleanliness was below the standard you would expect, with the room not properly cleaned and areas that clearly needed more attention from housekeeping. For a hotel in this category, it was unacceptable.
There were also very few amenities available, which made the stay feel poor value for money. On top of that, parking was extremely expensive and felt like an unnecessary extra charge.
Breakfast was another letdown. The selection was very basic, limited, and nowhere near what you would expect from a four-star hotel.
Overall, this hotel does not live up to its rating, and I would not choose to stay here again.

This hotel is short walk from Queensway underground, Hyde Park and Diana memorial Kensington castle across the street . lots of great eating places . It’s a short walk to Nottinghill . Our room was clean and very comfy and quiet . . We would stay again
