Received check in detail one hour before arrival which I feel is a bit late, but the instructions were clear and we easily found the apartment which was in a great location for visiting the Emirates Stadium. It was clean and had everything needed for a restful overnight stay. Could easily have stayed a few more nights.

The property was really clean...shower head was broken and hole in wall.
But messaged and they said they were going to sort it.
Lots of amenities to use if staying longer,than a night.
Bedding was clean & smelt amazing.
Not a bad area tbh, and 15 mins walk from Emirates Stadium.
Only probably is the staircase leading upstairs, is a not good especially if you had children, had to come down backwards, has felt unsafe. Spiral staircase quite tight to walk up or down.
Price was reasonable & would probably stay again if need to be near Stadium.
Convenient for Emirates & about 10 minutes from Finsbury 's Park Underground

After some initial confusion regarding payment (I thought it was being taken automatically via Hotels.com) we eventually got the passcode and address for the duplex apartment we were staying in. A little confusing that the address of our rooms was different to that on the Hotels.com listing and Finsbury Park Studios website. The person I communicated with on the day though was very helpful.
Accommodation itself consisted of 2 large double bedrooms, the main one having a sofa, large tv and dining table & 4 chairs. Both bedrooms were light & airy with good storage. Modern bathroom with shower over bath. Small, dark kitchen (not like the picture on Hotels.com) but had sink, kettle, fridge, cooker, washer/dryer, iron. There was also lots of spare bedding & towels too. Furniture gave a modern mixed with old look, general decor was a little tired, but overall the accommodation felt clean. Situated on a quiet side street just off the main road with cafes, pubs, shops etc and opposite Finsbury Park itself & a 10-15 min walk from Tube Station. Approx 25 min walk to The Emirates Stadium.
We had a comfortable nights stay & probably would return if in the area.

Avoid. Booking was cancelled the same day as I was supposed to arrive.
Communication terrible, late and deliberately unhelpful.
Review with extra details keeps being rejected but have stayed in this area many times and would book much further away than book here again.

The Apartment was lovely and spacious-
The bed was made nicely - The sheet wasn't clean though. Towels and toilet rolls were provided which is extremely helpful.
Fans were also provided which was needed in the heatwave.
Messages were answered quickly with the host and the access to enter the property was easy.
I would definitely stay again

This has happened twice now as I booked the rooms at the same time over a couple of weeks and could not cancel after my first terrible experience. This place needs to be investigated by Hotels

Clean but freezing, front door had clearly tried to be broken into at some point, tape and poorly fitted plyboard didn't offer much reassurance but hey, maybe someone just broke the glass, the type of door and lock are screaming for a burglary. boiler heating temp was set at an almost zero level so no wonder, no digital lock so I hope they change the code for every guest, no toilet paper.

Room was dirty with hair and dust, the cleaner came back in to re do the room but this did not improve the cleanliness condition as it still had hair and dust everywhere.

Room very much not as advertised, details hidden in small print. Dirty. Unsafe – hole in front door upon arrival. Have to pay an extortionate amount for on property parking. Was messed around and time wasted trying to get back an item left behind. All round disappointment.

Communication for arrival was very poor and anxiety inducing. I was told I would receive an email with virtual check in details 24 hours prior to arrival and I did not receive this. Even after chasing myself (which I should not have to!) I did not receive information until 2 hours after the check in time!
Considering it is the Middle of winter and heating not on upon arrival, it is outrageous.
The Bed for the 5th person was not made up so had to do this ourselves, but there was not even pillows and no cover for the duvet which we found in a wardrobe.
There was No hot water on arrival or at all throughout our trip. When contacting the property manager, they sent a ‘friend’ round to look at the boiler and he simply told us to keep a tap on for 2 hours. This did nothing and we had no hot water!
When leaving the property for an excursion the next day I informed the property manager and requested someone to sort for our return that evening and to also bring more toilet roll. No contact was made or any effort to sort the problem until 8pm that evening when the children were asleep. This is simply not good enough.
Before going to bed, I had to spend 2 hours continuously boiling the kettle and pans of water to fill up the bath enough for a warm wash. No customer should have to do this, never mind after a very cold day wondering around London with 3 young children. It’s disgusting service!
Additional to these major issues, the property only had 2 forks in the kitchen for 5!

Whilst the location was convenient upon entry into the building firstly the door was hard to open and you could tell my marks to the knob that there were issues with it. Inside the cleanliness was quite poor, the fridge hadn’t been cleared and the microwave was absolutely dirty. Unfortunately I would not return.

This was not the apartment we were given, I asked for parking and when we arrived we were sent to a different property.
There was all sorts of rubbish outside, people searching through the rubbish bags, check in was a nightmare, no clear instructions, I had to call a few times to getr answers and then was asked for payment again???
Flat had a musty smell, not a good experience at all.

The staff was good and communicated well but the room itself was not like the pictures. The shower head was not working was just stuck in the shower shelf . The sink would clog up so couldn’t keep water on for long while brushing teeth and the towels were run down and smelled like cigarettes. No hand towels or anything.
The ease of getting in and out of the building was good but they had other guests that were up and down the stairs late at night and early morning. It was good for the one night we needed but I wouldn’t book there again. They need to do improvements to the room for a more comfortable stay.
