The room was clean and was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. There’s a decent amount of parking with only £20 a night which we thought was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good a lot to choose from.

We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful in assisting me with contacting the police authority in filing my report for being pick pocketing on the train.
Again, the gentleman at the front desk from India (sorry for not remembering your name, but he lived in Orlando at one time) was very helpful and have great customer service skills.

Had to wait 10 mins to check in, as there was no one on reception at 3pm.
Spoke to a cleaner, who wasn't prepared to help, or find a member staff to help check us in.
Rip off parking prices.

Lovely room and great breakfast. Not many staff around so had to hang about quite a bit at check in and during breakfast. We did go for breakfast at the busiest time, so did not expect perfection, but it looked like there was only one staff member doing everything and was rushed off her feet. The staff uniform was not obvious so it was hard to know if anyone else was working or just a guest. Very accessible to the Piccadilly line tube. Very quiet at night so sleep quality was great.

I knew there was food 24 hrs available, according to the in-room menu. Sadly, at 11pm, after a theatre trip, I was told the kitchen was closed all that was available was crisps from the bar or I could leave the hotel & order some take away!!!! As a lone female, for me to go back outside, into a dark evening, was a ridiculous suggestion to make. I went to bed, having nothing to eat.
Either offer 24 hrs food service & provide it or remove that promifrom your menu.

Originally booked this hotel for the Southampton play off which they were thrown out of. Decided the use the room anyway and enjoy a day out in London. Parking was secure, but arrive early as places are limited. Very close to 2 tube stations, hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the room and common areas all great, and the breakfast good. I would definitely stay again particularly for a Wembley event.

Was a brilliant stay. Let us check in early which was a bonus. Was genuinley the best breakfast we have every had in a hotel stay, would stay here again just for the breakfast. Room was comfortable and perfect for the 2 of us. Good location and close to local transport. Would definately recommend

The room was very clean and nicely prepared before we arrived. I had asked for the pullout couch as a bed, and it was already made. The only thing we’re not all of the outlets in the room worked., and the TV did not have many channels to enjoy. A lot of of them said no signal or reconnected to a radio station. The receptionist were very nice and so where the room tenants. We really enjoy the breakfast that might’ve been the best part other than its convenient location near Park Royal for easy access to London as a visitor.
