Amazing room with great view in a great location. Spacious and comfortable apart from one issue. The heating didn't work and this was a pretty cold night! I did report to reception but it was quite late in the evening and it wasn't fixed. They did provide a very small radiator for me but it didn't really help. Fortunately once in bed it wasn't too bad. The staff were however pleasant and helpful and I'd definitely consider a return visit.

Wonderful hotel staff. Attended all my needs. The room was clean with an amazing view of the Albert Dock. Just wish there were more chest of drawers for guests who stay a few days. And a couple of shelves in the bathroom.

On arrival a £100 deposit was required and a photocopy of a driving licence etc? Not good for GDPR and the deposit is only refunded after a room check? Talk about not trusting your guests!!! won't be staying again

Really nice hotel, great location by the docks. Staff were all friendly. Room I stayed in was nice and really good size, bathroom though needs updating to match the room and to point out one bad point with the room the carpet in places had tea/coffee stains but aside from that really good hotel that I’d stay at again.
