We stayed as a couple on a pleasure trip. We have stayed here many times over the years and I would say that the rooms are need a refresh now. They are clean though. The breakfast was good although the selection seemed smaller then previously. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We would return.

Nice hotel near city centre, nearby parking is in train station multi story car park £8 weekends but it’s a 10 minute walk away from hotel. Hotel has bar, restaurant, rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Near to shops, bars and restaurants, Nottingham Castle is about 15-20 minute walk. Would stay again if in the area.

I have found the staff to be very responsive and friendly, particularly Clodagh who checked me in during a busy time but still maintained the same warm and friendly posture and Izzy her manager that quickly responded to a query I had later on that evening. I really appreciate the customer care which makes all the difference. A tip for anyone booking; the breakfast here is the best...don't miss it!
