Clean and tidy room, air con was needed!! I think a soft close is maybe needed on the door accessing rooms across the courtyard but that was because of other guests slamming it early doors, probably doesn’t happen much. Was very happy for the staff, cleanliness and location - we will come again if we have another gig in Camden :)

It was very nice. It was a little bit small but everything was perfect. The location was ideal and the staff were great.

Hotel was good for the price and the location was quite convenient for St Pancras, which is why we had booked there. Frequent buses in the area and found it easy and fairly quick to get there from Euston (less than 20 minutes) and then to the Eurostar hub early the next morning (about 15 minutes). The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and serviceable enough, though the shower cubicle was quite compact. The air conditioning worked great in the room and was also on in the lobby, which was very much appreciated on a 33 degree July day!

Stayed in room 108. Would not recommend. + tidy + linens clean and comfortable + air conditioning + easy check-in/out + ~10 mins walk from Kentish Town Station - basement rooms smell damp - shower tiles had black mould present - shower absolutely tiny - tea/coffee provided but no spoons/stirrers. Reception said "I'm sorry we don't provide cutlery" - on a main road with sirens common even past 11pm - air conditioning starts to make sudden loud noises if you use it for >30 mins The gentleman at reception was at least kind enough to give me some spare plastic cutlery from his Deliveroo order, so bonus points for him. Overall very disappointing.

The hotel staff were lovely, cannot fault them. However the room we paid for was “superior” and it was utterly filthy. Dust on the floor, skirting boards and the frames on the walls. The bathroom was very cramped; had limescale buildup on the shower heads - the shower heads gave a tiny trickle as a result. The shower had black mould and orange rust marks at shower door. A rogue toothpaste from a previous guest was hidden down the side of the bathroom unit. And a pack of opened condoms were left in the table drawer of the bedroom! The room also was stated to have a mini fridge, which it didn’t. The bed was very noisy and would make a lot of squeaking even to turn over during the night. There was black tape on the wall, which I assume a previous guest left, as the curtains did not close all the way over. So they had to tape the curtain literally on to the wall to close it. So there was sunlight poking in from early on in the morning. The single glazing on the windows lets a lot of traffic from the junction outside in, particularly in the mornings. The only thing I can compliment it on is the air conditioning whilst the heat outside was 26 degrees. I would not stay again, unfortunately.

Great hotel in a great location. 40 minute walk back from Finsbury Park after a gig! Nice staff with good coffee machine in reception. Air con was a godsend due to the heatwave. Unfortunately, it has lost a star due to dirty stains on the bedding. The shower head could also do with a good scrub!

I stayed for only one night. For the money, the hotel was a good choice. Important was that it was clean. There was some noise where my room was, a sound like a washing machine does, but I did not really understand where exactly it was coming from. The staff at the reception was very polite and friendly, to the extend I interacted with them I am very happy.

Room was great but there was a drain smell from toilet and a lot of noise from road. Everything else was really good including the staff! Beds very comfortable. 10 min walk to Kentish Town Tube - would return

The room itself was okay, it is quite worn (walls, scuffed floors, old furniture, grubby shower heads). Staff were friendly enough when checking in. Biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing, you can hear everything outside and in other rooms (alarms, talking, footsteps). There was constant traffic outside that sounded like the walls were paper thin. I slept awfully in the hotel and was awake until 4am because of this and would never return or recommend. It was the worst sound issue I’ve ever had in a hotel both from other rooms and outside. Beds are also quite uncomfortable and firm. Lounge area as you’re checking in is quite nice.

The hotel is fine for the price, and being in Camden noise is expected but there is a double room downstairs underneath the reception. If you have this room you will hear all arrivals to the hotel after hours and the reception staff moving around all night. The desk is open 24/7, very useful for arrivals, not so good if you are struggling to sleep.

The room was decent enough but in the loft space so natural light came from 2 velux windows. The bathroom was clean but barely adequate. The sink was the size of an A4 piece of paper, there was no hot water in the evening and the running tap spilt out over the edge and into the floor. The bath was built under the angled roof and I couldn’t stand up in it. The water trickled out of the shower head with no power at all. Someone had turned the language to Italian on the TV and a member of staff didn’t know how to turn it back to English. There was a tea/coffee kit in the room but no spoons or stirrers. The biggest disappointment was my arrival. I went to find a gentleman sat at a desk. He did not look up or greet me. Another gentleman was stood by him and continued to have a conversation with the seated gentleman the entire time. I was asked for formal indentification and my driving licence was snatched from my hand and flung back on the counter. I was handed a scrap of paper with the door code and wifi details and told what floor my room was on. Their conversation continued. No greeting no courtesy. Maybe other rooms were better equipped but that particular room would be better suited to a store cupboard as that what I felt I was in. Overall, not an experience I shall be repeating.

This hotel is very conveniently located for Camden. The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable and the AC worked. The shower wasn't powerful. All in all, a comfortable stay in a clean room.
