On a quiet street but an easy walk to shops and restaurants, 30 minutes to Kings Cross or Regents Park Modern room with good facilities

Beds were so hard, no lift. very slippy surfaces and shower had no hot water and did not work effectively

Bedroom was quite dirty, both the floor and the bed had hairs. Location is great though and it was very quiet.

The room was decent enough but in the loft space so natural light came from 2 velux windows. The bathroom was clean but barely adequate. The sink was the size of an A4 piece of paper, there was no hot water in the evening and the running tap spilt out over the edge and into the floor. The bath was built under the angled roof and I couldn’t stand up in it. The water trickled out of the shower head with no power at all. Someone had turned the language to Italian on the TV and a member of staff didn’t know how to turn it back to English. There was a tea/coffee kit in the room but no spoons or stirrers. The biggest disappointment was my arrival. I went to find a gentleman sat at a desk. He did not look up or greet me. Another gentleman was stood by him and continued to have a conversation with the seated gentleman the entire time. I was asked for formal indentification and my driving licence was snatched from my hand and flung back on the counter. I was handed a scrap of paper with the door code and wifi details and told what floor my room was on. Their conversation continued. No greeting no courtesy. Maybe other rooms were better equipped but that particular room would be better suited to a store cupboard as that what I felt I was in. Overall, not an experience I shall be repeating.

This hotel is very conveniently located for Camden. The room wasn't huge but it was comfortable and the AC worked. The shower wasn't powerful. All in all, a comfortable stay in a clean room.

We stayed in ensuit room located on ground floor. Terrible road noise, not able to sleep. Ac was making weird noises all over the night. Damp on walls.

Room smelled a bit of smoke, but everything was clean, air conditioning worked and the bed wash comfortable.

It was very nice. It was a little bit small but everything was perfect. The location was ideal and the staff were great.

Nice sized room and ideally located for Camden.

The hotel was ok. However, our windows were overlooking the road and it was quite noizy.

Very good hotel, and good value too. Friendly staff, nice small room with amenities as expected. Easy walking to Euston station, Campden area, and Emirates stadium. I would recommend.

Room was clean. There is no elevator and it was necessary to climb steep narrow stairs to reach room.

Great location for Camden Town, the room itself was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the room had everything you needed. Overall a very good stay at a reasonable price.

The room was adequate for one person, although I was a little confused that my friend in another room had a bath and full air-conditioning, where as mine only had a shower and fan/heating unit. We had paid the same price. The young gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and polite. I would definitely stay here again.
