It was a nice room at a great location for the price. Air con was great. Just lots of stairs without lift so pack lightly.

Room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and pillows, air conditioning, toiletries, water, tea and coffee in the room, close to Kentish Town Underground and the O2 Forum, shops, pubs and takeaways nearby and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful 10/10 🤗

Hot water, good AC, plenty of room, overall fine! Shower area was a little dingy, but this is kinda the norm for this price hotel in London. No mold or anything, just old and worn. Bathroom was overall fine though. Great place to sleep and stay out in the world during the day!

A good sized room located about a ten minute walk from the nearest tube station. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The AC in the room was great especially given the heat wave. Tea and coffee facilities were available in the room. Overall, a great stay.

I booked this hotel knowing the room would be small, and that part was exactly as expected. The room also looked modern, as it does in the photos, but unfortunately the cleanliness and overall experience let it down. The bathroom was disappointing. There was mould throughout the shower, the hot water was inconsistent, and the shower head had such poor pressure that it made showering frustrating. The room itself also wasn't properly cleaned. There was dust under the bed, bits of paper on the floor, and it generally didn't feel well maintained. The pillows felt like they were filled with torn up pieces of foam and were very uncomfortable. The room was also extremely basic. Aside from a hairdryer and a safe, there were virtually no amenities. There wasn't even something as simple as toothpaste available. The exterior of the property is also quite misleading. The online photos focus on the renovated interior, but the outside of the building gives a very poor first impression. The staff weren't rude, but they were mostly very young and didn't seem particularly knowledgeable or helpful when we needed assistance. Overall, the hotel has potential because the renovated rooms look modern, but cleanliness, maintenance, amenities and service all need significant improvement. I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

It’s on a main road so it gets very noisy at night but it’s a 20 minute walk from Camden Town so good location. Air conditioned and comfy bed.

Sadly was very dirty and the furniture all stained, no lift and the location quite far around 30 minutes walk just to get to the camden high street all hills but staff were nice but the hotel needs to invest new cleaners they hadn't hoovered the floor in the corridors for days, laundry all over the floors not nice or hygienic.

No lift/elevator. Staff did not even offer to help us with our luggage during check in. But during check out, nice gentleman did. TV remote doesn't work Our light in the room needs to be fixed, we reported it but no one came to fix it. AC is excellent especially with the hot weather Shower room/bathroom is clean and new towels each day

Air conditioning was bliss during the heatwave! Option for luggage storage which was handy! Clean and tidy rooms. Slightly noisy at night due to traffic.

Hotel was good for the price and the location was quite convenient for St Pancras, which is why we had booked there. Frequent buses in the area and found it easy and fairly quick to get there from Euston (less than 20 minutes) and then to the Eurostar hub early the next morning (about 15 minutes). The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and serviceable enough, though the shower cubicle was quite compact. The air conditioning worked great in the room and was also on in the lobby, which was very much appreciated on a 33 degree July day!

Stayed in room 108. Would not recommend. + tidy + linens clean and comfortable + air conditioning + easy check-in/out + ~10 mins walk from Kentish Town Station - basement rooms smell damp - shower tiles had black mould present - shower absolutely tiny - tea/coffee provided but no spoons/stirrers. Reception said "I'm sorry we don't provide cutlery" - on a main road with sirens common even past 11pm - air conditioning starts to make sudden loud noises if you use it for >30 mins The gentleman at reception was at least kind enough to give me some spare plastic cutlery from his Deliveroo order, so bonus points for him. Overall very disappointing.

The hotel staff were lovely, cannot fault them. However the room we paid for was “superior” and it was utterly filthy. Dust on the floor, skirting boards and the frames on the walls. The bathroom was very cramped; had limescale buildup on the shower heads - the shower heads gave a tiny trickle as a result. The shower had black mould and orange rust marks at shower door. A rogue toothpaste from a previous guest was hidden down the side of the bathroom unit. And a pack of opened condoms were left in the table drawer of the bedroom! The room also was stated to have a mini fridge, which it didn’t. The bed was very noisy and would make a lot of squeaking even to turn over during the night. There was black tape on the wall, which I assume a previous guest left, as the curtains did not close all the way over. So they had to tape the curtain literally on to the wall to close it. So there was sunlight poking in from early on in the morning. The single glazing on the windows lets a lot of traffic from the junction outside in, particularly in the mornings. The only thing I can compliment it on is the air conditioning whilst the heat outside was 26 degrees. I would not stay again, unfortunately.

Great hotel in a great location. 40 minute walk back from Finsbury Park after a gig! Nice staff with good coffee machine in reception. Air con was a godsend due to the heatwave. Unfortunately, it has lost a star due to dirty stains on the bedding. The shower head could also do with a good scrub!

I stayed for only one night. For the money, the hotel was a good choice. Important was that it was clean. There was some noise where my room was, a sound like a washing machine does, but I did not really understand where exactly it was coming from. The staff at the reception was very polite and friendly, to the extend I interacted with them I am very happy.
