Room was smaller than expected but fine for what we needed.
Not very clean - marks on the bed sheets, general dust / dirt on the floor (especially between the bed and bathroom)
Staff on arrival weren’t very good, talking in own language between each other, didn’t acknowledge we were stood there, didn’t talk to us other than to hand us the key and direct us to the lift.
Staff on departure were super helpful and friendly, stored our bags whilst we went exploring the city.
Good location, good base for Hyde park / central London.

The room I selected was smelling of chemicals and turning on the AC only made the matter worse. The AC unit was loud and rattly making it impossible to stay in the room. Thankfully the staff were very helpful and transferred me to a different room. I had initially booked a room with windows but the room I switched to was unfortunately a windowless one. Again, staff were helpful and offered me free breakfast. I was staying there for one night so I overlooked the shortcomings but I would think twice before booking this location again

The Z Hotel Victoria is a nice place to stay. Our room was too small and we found this uncomfortable, however the Staff helped giving us another room for an extra fee. In general is a good place to stay the location es excellent, close to many attractions places like the Buckingham Palace, The London Eyes and others.

quiet even though next to a busy pub..
clean helpful staff could not help you more
room had everything we needed and wanted. we only had the basic room no windows had one before and they are fine, we are only in room to sleep. you can use bar area for drinks etc..

I stayed here for 1 night in July. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was perfect for me and had a lovely big bed. The room had towels, hand soap, shampoo, a hair dryer, kettle with tea and coffee, a bottle of water, aircon and a TV. The mattress and pillows were firm and comfortable. Great location, lots within walking distance including victoria station and Buckingham Palace. I would recommend this hotel and gladly stay again.

It was a good property for one night, but the no window room I chose turned out to be in the basement. It was tiny, and to me claustrophobic. The location was great for my needs and it seemed like guest enjoyed the breakfast, the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room itself was not for me but kudos to offering a queen bed and air conditioning during a heat wave.

I stayed in a double inside room, so it was very small, but if you’re solo like I was then it’s perfectly fine. For me, a strong working A/C was the most important thing and they delivered on that. It’s very close to Victoria Station and within walking distance to many attractions and landmarks. There’s a great restaurant next door. Would definitely stay again.
