Hotel Rochester Champs Elysées

I had a great time and I would definitely stay again!

Everyone of the staff were so customer oriented! We stayed 4 nights then they stored our extra luggage for over a week until we returned and took them to our room for us! We stayed 2 more nights before returning home. They recommended places to eat and even a pharmacy. Fixed ice packs for me because I had fallen in another city. I will stay there every time I go to Paris!

Hotel is fantastic. Great location and breakfast. Room was good, clean but very noisy. I was not able to sleep during the night. Able to hear what is happening in the other rooms upstairs. Not good at all with people talking, moving chairs, taking showers, etc.

Nice location and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping, metro. Quiet and clean room. Nice staff at front desk/bell desk. It was hard to find outlets in the room to charge electronics.

Air conditioning was a life saver since it was 94 in Paris while we were there. It’s nicely located off the Champs Elysee so not quite so touristy but still close enough to have lots of choices for restaurants.

We loved everything about the hotel.

Beautiful property not to far away from champs Elysees! Bed is comfortable, hot water is amazing piping hot and pressure of the water is a plus! The rainshower is also very relaxing! Room was clean and didn’t show any signs of wear. Rooms however are small but that’s everywhere in France! Room did not smell neither did the hotel however I think they should invest in hotel collection scene in their vents would make it really feel like a 5 star with Luxury smell! All of the staff was amazing , friendly and readily available to help! Would def stay here again! Thank you

Our stay was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Our first time to Paris and the hotel felt like home. Great location next to a metro and shopping. Not right in the middle of a lot of tourist areas but close enough to walk and feel like you’re more of a resident instead of a visitor. Staff were amazing and friendly. Rooms maintained daily and great amenities. Bakery and cafes near the hotel were amazing and friendly! We would definitely stay here on our next visit.

Did Not have breakfast

The rooms are lovely and renovated. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is very quiet but walking distance to Champs Elyse and the Grand Palis, center to everything and there are many quaint and cute bistros all around. I would highly recommend. Would definitely stay there again.

Loved that buffet breakfast is available until 1:30pm The bar is great for evening cocktails. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist us. Location is very convenient with a metro station just around the corner and within easy walking distance. Will happily stay again!

The room was very clean and well appointed. They gave us room 51 which is supposed to be the largest room of the hotel (according to the front desk). It was on the first floor but had a flight of stairs (half floor) going up. I don’t think this room has wheel chair access. It had a nice view of the courtyard though which is also the smoking area of the hotel. So don’t open the window if you don’t want to smell the smoke. Thankfully, the widows shut well enough to keep the smell out. Some, if not most, of FO staff speaks English. They are helpful. I would have given them 5 stars if not for the service crew not replacing our water on our last night of stay. I had to request for the water which they hesitated on giving because there is supposed to charge for it. The breakfast if pretty good for 25 Euros. I’m not sure if this is the net amount. But you get unlimited espresso coffee, hot chocolate, bread (croissants and other French breads), sausage, bacon, options for omelettes and yogurt and cereal. Best to look first before committing. However, the breakfast starts at 7:30 Am and ends 1:30 PM which covers brunch. That’s a pretty good deal. Location of the hotel is very close to Champs Elysee and at the corner is a branch of Galeries Lafayette (not the Haussmann flagship store). It’s a great landmark to know when to turn towards the hotel when on Champs Elysee. On the other side of the hotel, maybe 80 meters away, is Rue Saint Honore.

Great front desk service

The coffee facilities in the room belong in a budget hotel. Nescafé sachets and truly awful. If you want room service this is unavailable before 12:30. To order breakfast in bed you are charged £25 and it does not include eggs (there is a surcharge for this and very overpriced). Most disappointing was the lack of sauna and fitness room and the total lack of communication around this. I booked this hotel as I was running the Paris Marathon and was told on the day of there was no access to the sauna or fitness rooms for stretching. Apparently a pipe had burst but this was not disclosed during check in when it had happened and no explanation for why the fitness room was also closed. I complained about this and was told I could go to sister hotel on the other side of town. This is not suitable given I had just run a marathon. The facilities and staff communication leave a lot to be desired.

Great hotel with great service

Great stay

Good location just two blocks off the Champs on a quiet road. Rooms are good size and the king size beds are huge. The gym is small but amazing atmosphere like a spa with a fountain. Breakfast buffet was very well managed with lots of choices. Concierge was also very kind and helpful. Nice bar with a friendly bartender that our family all liked. Highly recommend this hotel, great little property in the heart of the golden triangle of the city center.

Everything was perfect! The staff was friendly and and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, the food was delicious. We LOVED our stay!
