Loved it

We were first put on level 9 where we were above the Blu and the music was vibrating in our room. We called and asked to turn it down but they said it would go to midnight. We asked to change rooms so they gave us a room on 1508 which was better as we were watching TV but from 10 floors up we still heard the music until 1 am! I don’t understand why you would need the music so loud that it would travel 10 floors up. At least invest in putting sound proof ceilings why would you put all your guest through that loud music?

Love everything about the hotel it’s our second time staying there. We will be back again

The room was really cold but stay was nice

Staff was not friendly at all. Ordering room service was impossible

Room - bathroom sink didn’t drain properly and shower head through water everywhere and it was very hard to control water temperature. The room temperature was set at 19C and you couldn’t regulate to a warmer temperature. It got very could. They didn’t have an extra blanket in the closet. Apparently I had to request if I got cold. Service - trying to order room service was difficult. The food was delivered +90mins after order (a beef carpaccio, chicken broth and a cappuccino). Had to call 3 times to see what was happening. Have to recognize staff was very nice and apologetic x the delay. I was not charged for the order. Next morning they also included as part of the apology when I ordered a cappuccino and yogurt to waive the costs.

Very clean, lot of places to go inside the hotel, dinner, bar, etc. Staff willing to help.

The staff, the amenities, the cleanliness. Everything was beautiful.

My stay was great, spent my birthday & New Years at the property and i have no complaints. The staff were great , food was great , location was great . i definitely will be returning .

Room needs updates, specifically the bathroom, old tub,

all and everything was excellent.

Very friendly staff and clean room

We stayed for one night before flying back home the next day and it was just what we needed. We had a great dinner at The Market, the staff were friendly & accommodating and the beds were like sleeping on clouds. Sad we weren’t able to make use of the beautiful pool as unbeknownst to us, there was filming happening for the Miss Universe pageant on the evening we arrived. Despite this, we had an amazing stay and would most definitely stay here again!
