체크인은 빠르고 친절했으며 수영장은 온수풀이라 굉장히 좋았다. 그러나 수영장에서 시킨 음식은 1시간이 지나서 나왔고 룸 바닥 카펫에서 약간의 냄새가 난다는 것이 단점이다.

Check in 5/10 servicio básico, poca amabilidad del joven recepcionista. Necesita mejorar su atención cliente. Check out 10/10 muy bien la señorita muy simpática y amable. Bell boy muy buen servicio. Hay que mejorar los tiempos de respuesta en los mensajes, correos, WhatsApp, muy mal servicio. Tardarse un día o 2 para contestar mensajes es demasiado. Jonás y Maribel en Blu 100 puntos para su servicio, felicitaciones por hacer más que bien su trabajo. La clase de servicio que ellos dan es la que esperaba en todas las áreas, hay que estandarizar esto.

Honestly, I thought this will be a great stay, we just finished hiking up acatenango, and my group and I wanted to unwind at a comfy hotel. Check in was great and quick and we got 'upgraded' to a higher floor - this is where the upgrade ended. Upon offloading our gear I hopped in the shower, only to realize that the shower had a SCORCHING HOT or freezing, nothing in between. Needless to say, the shower was uncomfortable, I somehow managed and avoided the stand up shower and used the tub which was an uncomfortable showering experience to say the least having to hold the shower head. When I finished showering, I was about to grab the towel, at which point I saw a clipped finger nail on the towel itself, I was absolutely disgusted, would have rather stayed up on Acatenango without shower than to wipe myself with that. I immediately called the front desk who sent someone that took about 20 minutes to get up there (both for the hot water and also for the towels). The gentleman did not even know that I complained about the nail trimming and simply brought more towels, he also had zero knowledge that I complained about the water temperature which was just frustrating. I am not one to write reviews, but the hotel decided to charge me almost $100 more than what I was expecting to pay for a one night stay for two rooms without at any point letting me know there will be an additional fee. I have tried to resolve it with the hotel, but they are not being helpful as of yet.

El desayuno estuvo espectacular, ¡felicitaciones! Sin embargo, fue una pena que no cuenten con servicio al aeropuerto. El personal del front desk simplemente me indicó que, por ser domingo, debía ver por mi cuenta cómo llegar. Lamentablemente, no percibí intención de ayudar. La alfombra de la habitacion no es de un hotel 4-5 estrellas.

Beautiful hotel near the airport about 13 mins away . Also it’s a very party life around this area. Amazing breakfast and location.

We really enjoyed our stay and we loved that they had cigars and an excellent gift shop!
