The room was quiet and dark room with an amazing bed! The view was spectacular! The staff were so friendly, happy and helpful. The breakfast was outstanding-all future restaurant breakfasts will be measured by how good they are compared to here-most will fail. We arrived in Budapest by train, took the metro then walked 10 minutes to the hotel-it was so fast and easy. The location is excellent. Stay here!

Excellent location and facilities with great views across the Danube of the Buda Castle from our 6th floor room !
Club facilities were very good and provided seamless check in and check out.
Friendly helpful staff who went out of their way to book various trips.

Each and every one of the hotel staff are very nice, very helpful, and most are very respectful. I left for a couple of days, and my room was entirely clean, with all my personal belongings still in place and no items missing. Thanks to the IHG-Budapest.

We enjoyed our stay for 2 nights before boarding our Viking River cruise. The location is terrific! Super close to restaurants,shops, public transportation and sight seeing! Our room was clean and well appointed. Also very quiet with a view facing the river. We enjoyed the lounge before dinner both nights. The only challenge is the way they operate the elevator with your key card. We had friends staying on different floors and we couldn’t even go to their room to visit because of the elevator restrictions. I’m sure it’s for security reasons but it’s weird not being able to go to a different floor.

The breakfast was unbelievable. Wide diversity of breakfast items. Eggs any way you like them, boutiful of fruit, meats, pastry, etc. Only 20 EU. A bargain
