What can I say, this was my 3rd stay at The Leela Mumbai, rooms were clean with plenty of space to move around. Staff were fabulous from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Food at this hotel was amazing and plenty of choice for everyone. A big thank you to all the staff from the check in to the door men and a special shout out to the restaurant manager and staff. Definitely will be using this hotel again and is one of my favourite places to stay.

Absolutely nothing negative to say. The hotel is modern but it's still very inspiring and relaxing. The best place to relax after a hectic day in Mumbai. Staff is amazing. Kartik at the bar is great, amazing drinks.

Had a mishap and informed the hotel hours before checking but they refused to cooperate and refund the money The did not even offered a partial refund. Had my booking company called also and they refused. Horrible customer service they are only interested in the finance aspect not the humane feelings. We were 3 ladies 63, 74, 75 Traveling together Stay away from this inhumane hotel.

I got prompted to leave a review because folks have been asking about Leela's breakfast menu. First things first: I stayed with Leela in March 2026 and it was my third time there. As always they do an impeccable job of taking care of the guests. Regarding the breakfast menu: If you prefer Western then they have that. If your preference is Indian then they have a buffet style breakfast that will appeal to you. Also, should you have any reservations with the food they'd have in the buffet then you can let the chef know and they will accomodate any special food request inside 15 minutes which is something I really appreciated. All in all, my experience at Leela was very pleasant, on my next visit to India I will most certainly be staying at Leela Sahar.
