The Leela Mumbai

Room was exceptional and the staff right from check in experience to dining were very helpful and courteous. They do everything out of their way to make the experience memorable. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to book

Great location as it's 5 minutes away from Terminal 2. Staff is professional and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable and price is reasonable. Breakfast is excellent. Not much one can ask for.

I had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast had a great variety and everything was fresh and delicious. I also enjoyed the bar and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The service exceeded my expectations, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable The hotel also arranged reliable transportation, which made getting around Mumbai very easy and stress-free

Helpful staff and clean environment

Overall, a great choice right by international terminal, but very quiet! But area outside the hotel is not very nice. Right by new metro also, so very convenient. The bed was really comfortable (unlike the Leela Palace in Chennai), so I was pleasantly surprised. Pool was nice but area around it could be improved. Breakfast was great. The club lounge was a bit limited in terms of nibbles, sounded better on the menu, but unlimited drinks for happy hour and prompt service. Definitely recommend if you want to stay near the airport and more than the usual airport hotel, but not in an area you want to hanging out in. Gerald in the Club area was very helpful and arranged room upgrade to suite, as per Gold Hotels.com membership (many hotels don't recognise this, so this was welcome). All staff were very good. Thanks. I would recommend, certainly at the price I paid (which is probably off-season - wouldn't get a poor three star hotel in my country for this price!). Not sure club room is worth paying much more for, as the lounge offering is quite limited compared to other hotels.

Keep Ravi at the restaurant who made my stay wonderfull with my dayly color cut fruit plate…What a kind man with always smile. I don’t forget Urvashi at the lobby with a her kind care. An the cerise on the cake was Rene at the spa for her very efficient message…. The Best Therapist I have had so far travelling in 4 continents every 10 days.

From the moment you get through the entrance to the moment you leave, the staff makes you feel special and it is the attention in details that make this place really one of the best. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay enjoyable.

Excellent hotel a few minutes drive to the airport. Good security. Staff were very good but some, especially some porters and restaurant staff were constantly hovering waiting for a tip, which was annoying. Buffet was fine. Pool was well maintained.

The hotel is close to international airport (5 to 10 min); located in a nice wooded area; checking in was professional; lobby and lounge area were excellent with very good help from all staff; there are a variety of restaurants within the hotel

This one is hands down the best hotel in Mumbai
