Power outage for 2 hours without any handling! 3 star price, 5 foot service!. Dirty bathroom. Don't stay here or you'll regret it... And not to mention the insane parking price! 1 hour 20 thousand! Don't, don't.

The check-in process is very complicated, the parking fee is expensive, the security is arrogant and has a lot of attitude, the deposit is expensive up to 300 thousand and the deposit can take up to 7 days to be returned, and if the account is not BCA then we will be charged an admin fee. The bathroom smells of urine, there is only 1 towel, the TV is not android and cannot watch YouTube, even regular TVs often lose signal. That's all.

From the start the check in service is very unprofessional. Check in is done in the basement of the parking lot, then you cannot request an early check in. After that the room was not clean, it seemed like I was in a hurry in cleaning. In addition, to stay overnight, a deposit of 300 thousand rupiah is required which is returned 7 days after check out. Not at check out. Then only accept with BCA bank, if not BCA bank will be subject to administrative fees. When checking out, we were asked for photos of all the contents of the room (this is very strange).

Not provided at all necessities. AC is also not cold at all. Not to mention the hassle of having to fill in a deposit at check-in (order via e-commerce). Prices are like 3-star hotels but facilities like 1-star hotels (motels) are disappointed.
