All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Anything I needed was quickly assisted. The room was large, clean, and smelled great. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return to Lombok Garden Hotel. Thank you and continued success to all the staff.

Stayed with my dad and already enjoying the service. Staff are helpful and responsive. I really liked the location as it’s in the city center and close to many places by motorbike within 3-5 mins. I also had breakfast included and so far so good - affordable and a lot of options. Would love to come back!

All the staff were very friendly, from the security guards, front desk staff, customer service, and everyone else. They even helped me warm up my child's complementary food at dawn. The service was excellent; whatever we needed or requested, they were always there promptly. God willing, I'll stay there often. 😍

I checked in at midnight, but the receptionist greeted me warmly. It's a budget-friendly hotel, but not cheap. It's excellent quality, suitable for families, safe, and comfortable. There's plenty of local food nearby.

This was my first stay at the Maktal Hotel. It's strategically located, has a cafe and coffee bar, and offers dine-in or room service, offering a full menu of food and drinks at affordable prices. The rooms are clean and the sanitation is also excellent. Overall, I recommend it.

What impressed me most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were also quick and efficient. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The kind and friendly parents, the man who helped clean also greeted us nicely. The tidy room and clean bathroom felt like we were at home. I sincerely make this good comment, because the parents welcomed us well. Security is really maintained by Mr. Man. See you again, please always take care of your health. Fortune Mataram Hotels where I stayed were very pleasant clean rooms, good service, friendly employees, located in the middle of the city so it was very easy for my business affairs. Close to the business center in Cakranegara, easy to find because of its strategic location. All taxi drivers both online and conventional know this hotel.

I really like staying here, the receptionists are very busy, the breakfast is delicious, the room is clean, the AC is cold, and there is free drinking water too.

Strategic location, the room is quite spacious and clean, the toilet is also clean and the condiments in the room are quite complete, although it is not a new hotel but the atmosphere is modern and not scary at all, if you want to rest it is very comfortable and suitable.
