When checking in there was a problem with the room's AC, but the Enso team was quick to respond to immediately replace it with a more comfortable room. The rest is no problem, clean and comfortable facilities, delicious food and a strategic location near the toll gate. All staff services are friendly and pleasant. Thank you for your hospitality.

Close distance to the toll gate, close to the city center, access to various places doesn't make you a headache. The hotel staff is friendly. An honest account of my stay at Favehotel Cikarang. It was very impressive. The location was strategic, and the staff were very friendly, from the security guard to the hotel staff. The swimming pool facilities and breakfast at the restaurant were excellent, and the food was to my liking. Most interestingly, before entering the room, the HK team double-checked it. This ensured maximum room cleanliness. Thank you to all the staff at Favehotel Cikarang. I will return and recommend it to friends and business associates.

Due to the unavailability of the non-smoking room we booked, we were upgraded to a deluxe room, which was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. We had the opportunity to break our fast and eat sahur at the hotel restaurant, offering a varied and tasty menu.

This is the first time I stay at Nuanza hotel, it looks like a big hotel with a large parking lot. The lobby was so modern, clean, and very spacious. The reception is very helpful and informative, thanks to Ms. Iren. Fast check-in, the room was large, clean, and full with amenities and facilities like a hairdryer and ironing for clothes. There is a mini-fridge and minibar if you need it, and a large wardrobe, etc. that I love.

Our staycation experience here was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful, allowing us to relax around it. Check-in was quick and assisted by the friendly front desk staff, Chandra. Overall, I highly recommend staying here. Perfect for a family staycation. We happened to have a deluxe triple room, so we didn't need an extra bed.
