Our stay was truly unforgettable. We came to relive our honeymoon, and the hotel made it even more special with beautiful honeymoon decorations and such warm hospitality. They also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade to a larger and more beautiful room than the one we originally booked. Everything was perfect, from the service to the atmosphere, and we were genuinely impressed and happy throughout our stay. This hotel has officially become our favorite hotel, not just in this city, but among all the hotels we’ve experienced around the world. Highly recommended!

All SGT staff are friendly in service during check in and check out. SGT is friendly and kind, service at the restaurant during breakfast is polite and friendly, especially the cleaning of the room, the staff are SGT polite and friendly and communicative, the security guard is also very polite and kind when I forgot to take my deposit, I was called and reminded. It was a truly delightful stay at the Mercure Jakarta Kota. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel amenities were top-notch, including a bathtub in all rooms.

The experience of staying at 1O1 Urban Jakarta Glodok Kota Tua was very memorable. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was strategic near culinary and the old city. The warm service made me feel at home!! 😊

It's incredibly comfortable here. If available, buy the deluxe ticket; it's only 30,000 Rupiah more if you buy it in advance. The rooms are more spacious, the beds are comfortable, and it doesn't smell like cigarettes like most reviews suggest. The location is extremely strategic, close to the mall, lots of food carts, close to the busway stop, close to the mosque, and there are two 24-hour Indomarets for urgent needs. There's a lot of remembrance when you come here, because it's actually the Las Vegas area. 🙏

Comfortable, clean, strategic place, easy to reach.

Before entering, I chatted and asked for early check-in and the response was friendly. When I arrived, it turned out that the staff/madam were even friendlier. Given a room on the 2nd floor because there were parents and they helped lift their suitcases. Always asked if you need anything like water and so on. Sis, it's 100! Very good. Living was comfortable, no complaints at all. AC, TV, water heater, wifi, drinking water, towels, etc. are SAFE. Thank you sis, every time you leave and return to the accommodation you are greeted by a smile, sis hehe.
