Stayed at Onyx Hotel & Villa Bintan and honestly, it's the best place around Tanjung Uban. The room was comfy and clean, and the room service was super affordable—plus the food tasted great! Totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

The service at D'primahotel Lagoi Bintan was excellent. The staff was friendly, responsive, and very helpful throughout the stay. The hotel facilities are comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are friendly. It makes for a fun vacation with the family.

The location is further out from the BBT Ferry Terminal, about an hour + ride. Grab/Gojek services are not available around that area, so best to call their resort and request for a pick-up to and fro. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. They are attentive to customers’ requests and never failed to smile. The free breakfast buffet spread was so good. Honestly, their food was amazing and I’m already missing it. Overall, my first trip to Bintan was a success. Thank you to the staff at the resort, please keep up the good work!

Easily accessible location close to Lagoi Bay. The hotel is relatively new, very pleasant, with a large swimming pool that the kids really enjoyed. The service and breakfast were excellent.

With a very, very worth it price to be able to enjoy a room as spacious and comfortable as this 🥰👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 I swear this place is highly recommended, there is a kitchen, there is a sofa, the bathroom is spacious and clean, outside there are even chairs where we can daydream while enjoying the sea breeze. There is also a gazebo on the edge of the sea, the view is also beautiful...
