Staying at the Putri Duyung Ancol Resort was a truly delightful experience. The resort's atmosphere is serene and beautiful, perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The ocean-facing cottages offer beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are quite complete, and the resort area is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. The location is strategically located in the Ancol area, allowing easy access to various surrounding tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far from Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.

This is my umpteenth time staying at this hotel, and it feels truly comfortable. My kids are so happy, and most importantly, it's kid-friendly, with everything kids need, so they won't get bored even if they're just staying at the hotel. Best of luck to Discovery Ancol 🫶

We've stayed at this hotel many times because of its excellent service and family-friendly atmosphere. If I may have one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer guests free TIJA entry. This is because our primary destination for staying at the Mercure Hotel is the Mercure. Thank you for your consideration.

The room and bathroom were clean, with a vintage feel to the interior, but well-maintained and functional. I think it's worth the price.

Honestly, this hotel is really cheap, but the room is very spacious, with a huge bed. The bathroom has good air circulation and is also very large. I didn't expect to get such a large room for this price. It's also not noisy at all. There's an exhaust fan, so it's not damp. The air circulation is great. I'm satisfied, if I have a concert at JIS, I'll stay here again.

Our family and I extended our stay and didn't want to move anywhere else because we were so comfortable staying here. Dufan is close by, a Grab ride away is only Rp. 30,000, Monas is close, Hotel Indonesia is close, and Mangga Dua is just a short walk away.
