Staying at the Putri Duyung Ancol Resort was a truly delightful experience. The resort's atmosphere is serene and beautiful, perfect for unwinding with family or friends. The ocean-facing cottages offer beautiful views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are quite complete, and the resort area is well-maintained. The staff is friendly, responsive, and provides excellent service from check-in to check-out. The location is strategically located in the Ancol area, allowing easy access to various surrounding tourist attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation without having to travel far from Jakarta. I would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at this hotel many times because of its excellent service and family-friendly atmosphere. If I may have one suggestion for improvement, it would be to offer guests free TIJA entry. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I stayed here for three nights, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day. The breakfast menu was varied and delicious. It's close to shopping centers, and the security is really good, and the staff are friendly. I'll be back again next time. 👍

Fast response receptionist, easy access, clean surroundings, clean and large rooms and bathrooms, breakfast can be packed and ready when checking out at 5 am even though there are not many variations of breakfast menu in the restaurant.

A superior world-class hotel, the bathroom is beyond repair, with no rust on the shower hoses. The bathtub hasn't started to brown, and the wooden sink isn't old and hasn't started to peel. It's only 20 minutes from the station, perfect for an overnight flight.

Friendly service, and quick response when I lost my room key. The room was clean, the AC was cool, and the bathroom was spotless. It was worth it.
