The staff is really great, I asked for a prayer mat, iron, and hairdryer, all of which were provided and responded to very well and quickly, the best.

I stayed overnight at the Novotel, located close to downtown Lampung. The pool is great, the gym is proper and quite spacious, the room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, it was kid-friendly! Luckily, I got a room with an ocean view, so it was great to watch the ships go by. 😍

The room was cozy, the staff was busy due to late check-in, it was late, and they were tired, but Cindy handled it well. She was friendly, always smiling, and spoke softly and kindly. From check-in, we were greeted very friendly, helped with our luggage, and escorted to our room. The staff opened the door for us, and hot water was readily available from the dispenser. The room amenities were complete, breakfast was plentiful, and check-out was also hassle-free 😍👌👍
