Lost my phone in restaurant, the staff was able to return it. Kids enjoyed the facilities which most of them were free of charge. The view was spectacular, matched with the service. You have to try jungle trekking which is very refreshing and Karaoke (you will feel like a professional singer). I cannot say anything bad about the staff. They're all very good and very nice.

The best hotel in Samosir, comfortable to stay in, perfect for a family vacation with parents. The breakfast is varied and delicious.

The pool is really wide. The cafe provides very delicious coffee. At night there is a balcony to enjoy the view. Best 👍

The staff is friendly, and the hotel accommodations, especially with the pool overlooking the beach, are very comfortable and the surroundings are clean. The service is very satisfying, starting from the cleanliness of the lobby, rooms, the continuously flowing pool water, as well as the friendliness of the staff on duty, it is definitely recommended for those on short and long vacations aiming for the Pangururan, Samosir area.

The staff was very helpful and assisted very kindly when we asked to upgrade our room ❤️ location of the room was also strategic, very near to the hotel’s restaurant and privacy was very good ☺️ The room was great! So big and spacious, clean, the water heater works well and lots of amenities were included too! Breakfast meal included with the room package was quite nice 👍

First time staying here.. The view is really nice, directly facing the lake (deluxe room) got free breakfast at the restaurant, the food is really delicious.. And the room is clean..
