The service was excellent, with all the staff friendly. The food was delicious overall. The room was clean, with the pillows and sheets smelling great. The towels were also clean and fragrant.

The hotel staff is very friendly. Early check-in is possible, and I've stayed at Aston many times, and it never disappoints.

Clean, comfortable, fully equipped, very kid-friendly, and with a comprehensive breakfast. The price is very affordable considering the amenities provided. And most impressively, yesterday I got a room with a truly stunning view. At night, you can also see the city lights.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was a complete children's play area, and there was a sauna, a rarity in Jakarta hotels.

Great stay, friendly staff, great location attached to the mall, clean, smells nice... Tips from me: ask for a higher floor (10th floor or up) and a room facing the big green field beside the hotel. Nice view every morning and afternoon.

I took the train from Jakarta for just one hour, and it turned out to be more enjoyable and economical, costing only tens of thousands of rupiah to reach my hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was strategic, allowing for plenty of culinary delights in Surken.

This is my second time staying here. A comfortable place for a family vacation, with lots of interesting activities for children. The service is very good and satisfying. By God's grace, my child had a high fever while staying (he already had a mild fever when he left), and was assisted by the staff and security there, especially Mr. Yusuf and Mr. Yunus, starting from being escorted and taken to the nearest clinic, and then taken to a large hospital nearby (because it turned out my child needed treatment at a large hospital). My room was the very definition of comfort—clean, aesthetically pleasing, and calming. Enjoying mornings here with the mountain view outside my room (balcony) was a magical moment I will cherish.
