My first experience staying at a hotel in Cilegon. The hotel staff were all friendly, from security, receptionists to porters. To the receptionist on duty on March 23, 2026, on the right (forgot her name). I would like to express my gratitude for providing excellent service. I reserved 2 rooms with a deluxe twin and connecting room and coincidentally, the smoking area was available. When I informed her that I had a 6-month-old baby, the receptionist immediately found another room and in less than 5 minutes I got a deluxe king room, adjacent to the non-smoking area. The room is clean, very worth it with a cheap price but complete facilities, breakfast is also very varied and exceeds my expectations, the waterpark facility is suitable for children

A very comfortable, clean, spacious hotel for transit from Merak to Bakauheni, and most importantly, the rates are affordable. The hotel is located on the 3rd floor of the Merak Harbor Mall. Indomaret is close to the reception and is open 24 hours. So don't worry about having trouble finding food when you're hungry because Indomaret also provides a variety of ready-to-eat rice packages that taste quite good. Once you check out of the hotel, you can immediately board the ship according to the departure time. If you need to transit again someday, you will definitely stay here again.

I stayed here as a stopover in Merak before continuing my journey to Lembang, Bandung, as it was already late. Check-in was late, but the staff were still friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and had fast Wi-Fi.

The hotel is good, clean and comfortable to sleep in, the service is very good, the breakfast is also delicious, close to the beach, just walk, close to Alfamart too and so on. So you don't need to be confused about where to eat.

The location is nice, unfortunately unkempt. Breakfast menu needs to be added.
