Not to bad and the staff are awesome.

Worth the price, but I found cockroach in my bedroom 😱.

Due to exceptionnal circomstances (Ferry didn't leave at the right time ) I could not check-in. I asked a refund or a credit, but they refused because of the non-refundable policy. I, sometimes, had exceptionnal events happening, and all hotels before accepted to exceptionnally refund me or change the date when it happened. I just recommend you to avoid this hotel, where the customer satisfaction is not their priority.

I spent one night in Jemmy hotel in standard room (with fan). Price is very affordable. The room quite spacious, but unfortunately no towel and blanket is provided. Breakfast is a small bread with tea that is provided in the middle of the hall. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The hotel provides drop off service to airport with IDR 40,000 charge.

If you're looking for a place with a stunning view to wake up to, this is certainly a wonderful choice. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to the loud music coming from a nearby village, which affected the overall tranquility. It would also be greatly appreciated if the staff could respond to such concerns with a higher level of professionalism and hospitality to ensure a more comfortable experience for guests.

The check-in process is quite quick. The staff are very helpful. The location of the hotel is not to far from the airport, but not close from the city center. Foods/breakfast are okay. The swimming pool is clean. The bedroom and bathroom are quite clean. However, the bedroom wooden wall is not thick, so I could hear the voices clearly from when people next door talked.
