Pengalaman buruk menginap di sini. Proses check in ruwet, janji jam 14.00, baru datang jam 15.45. Penyewa hanya dapat kunci kamar tetapi tidak punya akses ke lift. Setiap naik lantai harus minta bantuan satpam. Saya minta nomer HP kontak person tidak diberi. Harus lewat Travelio yang responnya lambat. Sampai dengan 17 hari uang deposit belum dikembalikan. Apartemen ini tidak layak masuk aplikasi. Sangat mengecewakan.

1. Check in ribet, tidak ada petugas stand by di lobby, walaupun akhirnya ada petugas yang datang tapi petugas Travelio juga tidak bisa menerbitkan akses room. 2. Akses ke room tidak dapat sehingga harus menghubungi security ketika habis keluar dan masuk room. 3. Ada accident kebocoran air di line atap kamar mandi jam 12 malam secara tiba tiba, kondisi room banjir dan ada potensi induksi aliran listrik dari instalasi listrik yang bocor.

Harus tunggu di depan lobby demi ambil kunci, padahal saya awalnya posisi di Surabaya Barat, dan belum tentu bisa check in nya jam berapa, pihak yang menyewakan yang memilihkan jadwal pengambilan kunci jam 19.00. Dan ini sudah hampir terlambat 1 jam saya hanya jongkok dan berdiri di depan lobby nunggu yang antar kunci tak kunjung datang, sangat mengecewakan sekali. Padahal saya harus belanja keperluan selama di Surabaya ke Tunjungan Plaza. Kecewa sama sistem Travelio. Mana chat nya balas lama sekali lagi, parah. Lain kali tidak akan mau lewat sini lagi, thanks.
