The location is strategic even though it might be quite packed sometimes (well, what do you expect from Bandung around the weekend 😄) but all in all, my family & I had a great stay and would love to be back! I booked a superior room, but got a free upgraded room instead! Room was comfy and spacious, bathroom was clean, and hot water worked well. But better bring your own toothbrush because they don't give you one. Thing I love was their strategic location, it wasn't hard to to find food stalls and convenience store around, and the view from my room was really great especially at night. Apparently the hotel entrance is also used as Xtrans travel pool, so if you need to go to Jakarta, you can just easily book the travel here. Breakfast in the hotel was nice, loving their chicken porridge!

Room is old, bathroom shower door not working properly. Toilet can't flush, but fixed immediately. Wi-Fi is so so slow. There is an event, so the hotel blocked the entrance. What a nuisance.

Was already suspicious when the room booked was not ready at time and had to wait for them to prepare the room. Ended up highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room especially the bed and bathroom. There are stains on the bedsheets, pillows and blanket and the bathroom felt unhygienic, the floor and glass has white stains and water marks, as if it has never been scrubbed. Had to leave the hotel asap because of the discomfort. Would not recommend and hope the management takes this issue seriously and ensure the rooms are thoroughly cleaned.
