The hotel staff was really nice!! When I told them I was there for my honeymoon, I received a complimentary cake and decorative towels and flowers on the bed. And when I asked for a late check out, they gave me one until 1:00. I will definitely stay here again if I go to Purwokerto!!

The hotel is new, the staff are all friendly and very helpful, the rooms are clean and cleaned daily, the sheets are changed, the towels are changed every day, the drinking water is refilled every day, the bathroom is cleaned even if not requested. Breakfast is two portions per room, because I was alone, one portion can be taken away, very cool, so it saves money on food on the way home. Good job, Hotel Vienna.
Next time I will stay here again..

I love staying at this hotel because it's clean and the rooms are very well-lit, so I can open my laptop safely at night without feeling sleepy. It's also located right in front of the sports center, so there's plenty of food on both sides of the hotel. Overall, this hotel is a winner.

I am very happy during my stay there, when we need something, the hotel will come immediately. The staff is very friendly and very helpful for our needs. The room is also clean, coincidentally we live in the president suite which is quite spacious and comfortable. The food menu is also diverse and not too expensive. Other than that, access anywhere is also close.
