Hotel Santika Premiere Bandara - Palembang
As a 4-star hotel, the standard is so bad. The kids' club is very dirty, the pool is so crowded and not clean. The restaurant staff is not helpful, they didn't help to get a table. The taste is also so basic and many foods are empty and they didn't refill it. The room has so many dust. And when we wanted to get extra towels, they didn't give it to us. So sad they have a beautiful hotel but the staff and service are so bad.

Sans Hotel Beauty Palembang
Don't stay here. Far from main road and no store nearby. Night club open until 4 am and the music heard in the room very clear. Can nor sleep.
