Stayed here for the second time, the first stay was less than pleasant regarding the service, but the second stay was extraordinary, very good service 🫶👍. The service was very satisfying because the team immediately resolved my problem at the first check-in, and the second check-in really got the best view as I wanted and of course when I entered the room I was given a complimentary 🫶. Thank you Santika Premiere Bandara Palembang, a very impressive and certainly exciting experience, next time I will come here again with my family.

Surprisingly, for a hotel located off the main road, the facilities are quite comprehensive, including a gym, swimming pool, and children's playground. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is responsive and friendly. The breakfast menu is varied and delicious.

The best, super comfortable, there are no minuses in my opinion, the AC is cold, there is a water heater, the room is clean, the TV works, the toilet is clean, soap is provided, the staff is responsive and super friendly, 100 stars, the price is also still friendly, highly recommended for those of you who are visiting the PLG to stay here 🫶🏼.
