The hotel staff at Handara are top-notch, extremely friendly and helpful. Especially the staff member named Bli Ardi, whose service is top-notch. We, the guests, are truly satisfied with the service provided. If you visit Handara, you can ask for help taking photos; the results are amazing. Handara is really great. God willing, I'd love to come back again.

I stayed here for two days; the atmosphere and the room conditions were excellent—neat and clean. The staff were equally impressive—very friendly and quick to respond. The breakfast was delicious, and the view of the lake made it even better.
