The hotel staff was friendly and helpful upon check-in. The price was competitive. The rooms were clean. The food was varied. There were complimentary massage chairs. I'll stay here again on my next visit.

The room is spacious, quiet, the bathroom doesn't stagnate, the hot water runs smoothly, and the overall room is clean and soundproof. The lobby is clean, with two elevators and complete facilities. I was even able to check in early before 1:30 PM. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially regarding airport transfers before 6 AM (a flat fee of 200,000 Rupiah paid at reception). On the plus side, I needed sanitary napkins at 10:30 PM and Indomaret was already closed. The staff was very helpful in finding them and they were available in less than 5 minutes.

We checked in on Tuesday afternoon, January 20, 2026: my husband, my two children, and I, aged 5 and 3. The reception was friendly. The hotel staff were friendly. They were quick to respond whenever we needed anything. Thank you, Grand Parama Berau.

Very clean, comfortable, friendly people, easy check-in and check-out, and good location close to the river and many supermarkets and restaurants. I will definitely stay here on my way back from Derawan.

The location is absolutely perfect for culinary tourism, with ample parking, delicious breakfast, and a great early-morning meal, perfect for guests with early flights. The rooms are also spacious and very comfortable. It's top-notch.
