Great stay! The view is pretty good since we got the room with windows on both side. Too bad we can't enjoy the breakfast buffet on restaurant because of the ppkm, but the breakfast was scrumptious! Thank you for making my birthday memorable, RC team!

I stayed here on January 2022. Health protocols are carried out properly such as temperature checks and security checks before entering the lobby, hand sanitizers at several points, health kits, restrictions on swimming pool visitors with the advance reservation method. The hotel lobby looks luxurious and artistic. In the lobby there is also a bar (The Writer's Bar), a prayer room, toilets, and a reception desk. All hotel staff did good service and friendly. The check in and check out process is fast. Nice welcome drink. Spacious room, divided into 4 segments/sections: wardrobe, living room, bed, and bathroom. Large wardrobe plus mirror. Living room with a sofa, TV, work desk with complete plugs, the bed and living room are separated by a large sliding door. The bedroom has a large size bed, there is another TV here, with a beautiful city view. The bathroom is spacious, I like the bathtub design which has an artistic and warm impression. Amenities are very complete starting from bathfoam, bar soap, liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, comb, sewing kit, hairdryer, and many more. The bathroom is equipped with a large mirror and double sink, Beautiful shower, and a state-of-the-art toilet. This bathroom also connected to the foyer and wardrobe. There are many other facilities at this hotel, ranging from a large swimming pool with a beautiful design, whirlpool, pool bar, jogging track and spacious garden, gym, spa, and others. I tried the Singapore Sling at Navina Bar, recommended for enjoying breezy poolside. Breakfast is at the Arts Cafe. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful, various choice of food and drink. All the food and drinks here are delicious. If you eat here I recommend the beef soup, it tastes the best. The hotel also has direct access to Lotte Shopping Avenue. My suggestion for this hotel is maybe the room window shroud can be made automatically with a button, free pressing or laundry service for 1 or 2 pieces of clothes, free shuttle to the mall or tourist attractions. And in my opinion, when I first arrived, I was not greeted well by the front staff (the one with white suit), they not greet me, not help me to carry goods to security check, nor they offer a help to do so. Also security at xray check tended to be a bit indifferent. Maybe this is a simple thing but it would be even better if the service could be improved considering this is a high class hotel in Jakarta. But overall I really enjoyed my stay here and will recommend this hotel👍🏻

The rooms are so spacey, clean and neat. Checked in quite fast, for breakfast it's OK nothing special. Customer service is excellent. Overall I like it a lot (especially the swimming pool is so wide and long) and I would love to come to visit again near future. Thanks, Fraser 👍

1. It was located in the middle of the citizen's residential area, near Jl. Hour. Rasuna Said as the main road. But it was surrounded by office buildings, shopping malls, restaurants, cafes, and also accessible by public transportation (TransJakarta & LRT). It was actually quite far from the main road, so you need to take a walk or hitchhike a ride to get there. 2. The room wasn't quite big but spacious enough. I booked a Deluxe Room, but I got a free upgrade to the Executive Room which of course is bigger. Actually both types of the rooms are quite similar, the only difference is that the Executive Room has a single sofa at the corner of the room. There was a wall-size window that could be opened, which had a very tiny space without any view but a wall, perhaps it was made for smokers to smoke. Surprisingly, the room has a microwave to reheat your food. Unfortunately, the room was a bit unclean. I could feel the dust on the blanket and the linen. The Air Conditioner was not as cold as it was expected. 3. The bathroom was on the right side of the door, and it was really small. The hose-spray attached to the toilet flew a high power of water. The shower tube was so small, and it was quite hard for me to move my body, especially when I needed to reach some difficult parts of my body to be cleaned. The hosed-shower was adjustable, but the wall and a glass door which separate the shower tube and the toilet & wastafel were only built three quarters, which made the toilet and wastafel got some splashes. Fortunately, The water heater was working as well. 4. The breakfast was delivered to my room. Actually there was a restaurant at the top of the building but I wasn't sure whether it also served breakfast for the hotel's guests or it was only open for the public at night. I went to that rooftop restaurant to breathe some fresh air and taste some food. Well, the food was delicious but for the price it was a bit too expensive. 5. All the staff were nice, polite, warm and very helpful. But I wasn't sure whether I would have another night there again.

+ room was great, services were somewhat good, but the view is absolutely awesome. water and AC runs perfectly. - I booked a non smoking room but got smoking room (the tobacco from the occupants is so strong). also got some problems from person in front of me (he took a lots of time to check in (almost 30 mins since I got in front of the receptionist)). overall it's good, only got bad experience from inevitable cause.

We booked a family suite room on the 5th floor. The place has amazing views and is very comfy. The capacity room is 4 people with 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a toilet inside meanwhile the 2nd bedroom is not. The other benefit is the kitchen has complete equipment and if you plan to have small activity with your family to cook here. It is the best place for you to book this. The balcony has a good view with a city view at night and morning time. The door has a smart door system 🙌. I will definitely come again here with my family or friend for a short escape. This is literally a hidden gem. Thanks, Upscale Suites. Please keep maintaining the cleanliness 😚😚

Perfect. They have a very nice staff from check in till check out they help me very well. The Hotel upgrade my room to the premier deluxe what a nice surprise for year end staycation with some friends. I got a city view, they approved all of my request! Food for breakfast ? The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Mega Kuningan
All the staff was friendly and communicative. My son slept one hour before we check out. Ten minutes before time to check out, I call them and asked permission to late check out. The call centre allowed us until 1 PM. Around 1 PM, the receptionist call us again to make sure about our check out, and I told them that before I already asked permission about that. It turns out the receptionist allowed my son to slept more. Thank you for allowing us late checked out as well their understanding about this convience. We will definitely come back for sure! ❤️

I had an absolutely wonderful 4-day, 3-night stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and was welcomed with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed—from a comfortable bed and strong Wi-Fi to great water pressure in the shower. Housekeeping was consistent and respectful of privacy. The location was also ideal—close to everything but peaceful at night. It was easy to explore the area and return to a restful environment. All in all, this was a memorable stay that exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and great value. Thank you to the entire team for making my trip so enjoyable!
