The room was comfortable, worth the price. It wasn't too noisy either. I got a room on the first floor, right near the exit and front office. The hotel's location is in a narrow alley, so cars can't get around; they have to yield. Grab cars won't pick up orders here.

Please, just for input. Please position the AC in the middle because it doesn't touch your feet or head at all, so it's a bit hot. I stayed in room 219. Overall, it was fine, except for the AC. Thank you.

The room was very dirty. The sheets looked very worn. The white color had turned gray. The pillows smelled and had lots of red spots. I asked for a change but they didn't. The bathroom was super dirty, the yellow inside the toilet hadn't been scrubbed and smelled of urine. Don't ask about the dirtyness of the sink. I've been told to clean it, but I don't know how they cleaned it or not, what's certain is that the dirt is still the same. They care about guest comfort. The most satisfying week there was the staff at their restaurant, they were nice, the rest of the time everything was bad...

The first room I got was so dirty. There were stains on the bed sheets. Lots of mosquitos and even there was a cockroach in the toilet! They moved me to a different room, and there was no difference. It was also so dirty.

When I was about to go to bed at night, I was really annoyed when I found so many bed bugs in the mattress. I was anxious about sleeping, even though the facilities were fine: smart TV, good Wi-Fi, water heater, and balcony. Please fix the mattress, it's a top priority for any inn.
