From check-in, parking, and room service, the staff were friendly, the room comfortable, and clean. And when you needed hot water to make milk, you could borrow a kettle.

I've stayed here twice. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and the facilities are flawless. The staff is friendly, and we were given a souvenir upon check-out.

A wonderful family stay! The staff was very friendly and helped us check in early at 1 PM to a room near the lobby. The room was quite clean and the location is very strategic, right in the city center, very close to Blitar Station. Highly recommended!
