We booked 2 superior rooms with connecting door, both of them have no covering on the floor tile so we have to wear sandals while we were at the room. But anyway I loved the breakfast they served. Quite various and all of them was delicious. Moreover, The service is excellent. They responds our need quickly and friendly.

It was a pleasant stay at holiday inn pasteur. Fast dan convenient check in and check out process. Room is clean and all the amenities is complete. Nice staff, okay breakfast. All the food is served by staff and not in buffet style, thumbs up for the protocol.

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

I love that this hotel was near the Pascal area and had a hip almost every day-packed restaurant downstairs which functioned also as the hotel's breakfast spot. One thing worth scrutinized though was the internet connection seemed to be troubled a few times. Last but not least, the cheaper room was also less spacious compared to similar boutique hotels, thus made it a bit difficult to cruise seamlessly without having to stumble or bump into furnitures.
