Check-in was quick and easy. The location is right in the city center, so everything is close by. The hotel's atmosphere is integrated with the mall, which is nice, making it feel comfortable and I'd like to stay there again if I have time for a vacation.

It’s a great hotel, good value with nice renovation and ambience. The lobby and rooms are well maintained with great cleanliness. Food is great for in-house dining, breakfast, and the rooftop skyline bar. Definitely will stay again at the hotel for the next trip to Semarang city.

stayed here 5 nights all the staff are very friendly, the hotel smells good, the room is spacious although the hotel is old but the cleanliness is very good there is a playground and cotton candy the kids are happy hopefully the playground will be more complete, the cleanliness will be maintained, and the breakfast menu will have more choices for the kids

I recently had the pleasure of staying at what I can confidently say is one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced (compared to 5 stars hotel in Semarang). From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding hospitality. The check-in process was quick and seamless. The lobby area is warm. The room was immaculate—spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every comfort you could possibly need. The bed was incredibly comfortable (they use king koil), ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The dining experience was also exceptional, with delicious food, great variety, and attentive service. They served with an a la carte menu. The location is also perfect—conveniently situated close to key attractions, in front of Tawang Station, and dining/cafe options. Overall, my experience exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good stay in Semarang. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Great, my kids had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Chanti. The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Ms. Alena at the front desk. The room was clean, even with carpeting, but the tiles were well-maintained, the AC was cool, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were complete. Thank you Hotel Chanti. I will definitely stay here again.
