The AC is not on! Lots of games in this hotel. The order period for superior applications still shows the remaining rooms. After arriving at the hotel he said it was full. Then it didn't take long for someone to check in immediately to get a room! Severe.

Clean is good but there is a lack of air-conditioning which is not cold enough, the fan can't be turned on, even though I'm booking the 208k, hopefully it will be more satisfying, yes 🙏🏻☺️

Very disappointing, the receptionist was not friendly, the room was dirty as if it was used, lots of hair on the mattress, check-in at 22:00 still had to wait to be cleaned, there was only mineral water, mini bottles, no shampoo, no hot water.
