The staff was friendly and helpful, but it wasn't comfortable. The sheets, blanket, and pillowcases weren't washed or changed. The AC didn't work. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom lights were out. The bathroom and kitchen weren't very clean. The smell was unpleasant.

Regarding the bed sheets, there may be stains that are difficult to remove, but we recommend contacting staff to request a replacement. As for the air conditioner not working, this is because you selected a room without air conditioning. We informed you of this during check-in. The bathroom light was out; this may have been a misunderstanding. You may not have switched on the MCB (Main Circuit Breaker), therefore all electrical appliances were not working. In the future, if you experience any further problems, please contact our staff directly.

If you wish to book a room with air conditioning, please select a room with air conditioning. If the light in the bathroom is not on, it may be because you haven't switched it on. Even if the light doesn't turn on, please inform our staff and we will change it immediately. Regarding the bed linens, we apologize for the inconvenience. It's possible that during your stay you found stains on your bed linens that were difficult to remove. You can inform our staff and request a replacement. Even if they have just been replaced, we can still change them for you.

The service staff was friendly and helpful. The room amenities I booked were unsuitable, as there was no air conditioning. The room was hot. There was no outdoor AC compressor. There was only an indoor AC unit mounted on the wall.
