Tangko Resort - Puncak Cipanas

the hotel staff are very friendly.. I checked in late, just arrived at 16.30 because of the traffic jam.. and checked out late because I overslept, should have checked out at 11, I just checked out at 13.30 but was not charged again. breakfast is buffet style and has quite a lot of variety.. stir-fry, omelet and noodles boiled Javanese are the best! but for the swimming pool, please improve the cleanliness. the pool is a bit murky so I'm a bit hesitant to swim. yesterday I was hoping to get a room on the top floor so I could get a good view, but it turned out I got a room on the 1st floor, below the restaurant. open the window, the view is the residents' farms planting spring onions. for those who bring vehicles, the track to the path is quite steep uphill. the road is paved but quite slippery when it rains.

cool staff and HK.. when we first arrived, we were immediately called by name so it was a plus point. then the view around, the breakfast was plentiful. It's really worth staying here. The only minus is the road to the location. overall awesome

When we arrived, we were quite confused because the reception was far from the parking lot. The room where we stayed was also far from the parking lot and the location was underground (we had to go down the stairs). The room was also not soundproof, so when a new guest arrived, we could hear it from the room. So we couldn't rest (at that time the guest arrived in the middle of the night. The restaurant room was not very attractive because it seemed poorly maintained. The food tasted good, even though the breakfast was a la carte, we still got snacks & side dishes (bakwan and toast). Hopefully the facilities can be improved next time.

Arrived at 2pm and can only check in at 3pm. The park is not maintained The playground is not maintained Toddlers are charged for breakfast Will not come here again

The mineral water bottles are small so we have to go back and forth to get water from the dispenser outside the room. For 4 people, there are only 2 bottles of water available. There is no soap in the bathroom and no glass to put the toothbrush in after use.

Incidentally when staying here it was not a weekend just the two of us with my husband, but still served well, the food was delicious and the atmosphere of the place was cool and far from pollution, the access road here is also not too far from the main road, for those who want to find peace this is the place, can enjoy the scenery and coolness. The room is also clean. One of the hotels of choice when staying at Puncak Cipanas Bogor. This is recommended. ☺

Home sweet home. Good friendly service. The food is also great. Thank you to all the staff and the owner, the kids are happy. It's an old hotel but the staff here are friendly. Even the stuff wants to be brought inside. 🙏🏻🌈.

All staff are friendly and greet guests. Even though when we stayed yesterday it was only me and my husband, we were still served well and the hotel was not scary. The food is also delicious, the pool is clean, the plus point is the restaurant is on the rooftop so we eat while looking at the beautiful view, making it really comfortable. Hopefully the renovation will be finished soon. Even more beautiful. And neat😇

The food has many variations. Even though it was still Eid season, we could check out at 3 pm, which was great.

The hotel staff is really friendly, the food is delicious, the place is neat and clean. Only if. The night is so scary because it's so wide 💞.

Pelayanan ramah dan kompak di antara sesama room service. Kamar bersih, non AC sesuai kelas harga kamar dan karena udah dingin juga udaranya, view dari restoran cakep, makanan lumayan variatif. Lokasi satu dengan yang lainnya banyak menggunakan tangga tapi cukup menarik & menyenangkan. Lokasi parkir lumayan banyak tempat, ada kolam renang anak dan dewasa. Jalan menuju hotel agak curam dan sebaiknya masuk dari sebelah pasar Cipanas paling cuma 2 kali ketemu jalan menanjak yang agak curam. Di sarankan pakai mobil yang berukuran sedang, karena jalan menuju Hotel juga agak sempit. View sekitar Hotel cakep, banyak taman berpohon dan kembang, banyak sawah dan perbukitan & tentunya gunung Salak. Bagi siapa pun yang mau mencoba ya tidak ada ruginya. Kita semua bisa melihat pemandangan dari hotel yang berada di lokasi yang cukup tinggi ini.

Ini ke duakalinya nginep ditangko, bedanya ini aku nginep di hari Kamis Jumat. Dan sesuai dugaan hanya kita yang reservasi pada hari itu wkwk Masih sama kaya yang pertama kali dateng, staffnya masih ramah yang beda hanya di sarapan, kalo sabtu sarapannya all you can eat kalo hari biasa engga kita disuruh pilih salah satu menunya❤. Masih jadi tempat favorit kalo bingung mau nginep dimana, udah pasti jatuh ke tangko wkwkwwk

Rekomen banget! Hahaha. Makanan enak, kamar bersih banget, air shower hangat (bukan yang puanas banget ya, melepuh ntar kulit), udara adem banget bikin betah sebenarnya 😅 trus minta perpanjangan waktu sejam ternyata bisa dan FREE, wow banget dah 🤝. Insyallah balik lagi, tp kapok kalau lewat jalur bawah dan malem hari, serem cuy, gelap banget. Ternyata yang paling deket itu jalur yang lurusan rsud ciawi, yang ada SMKN1 cianjur (kalau ga salah inget)

Tempatnya bagus, serta pelayanannya ramah sekali, bagian cafenya juga makanannya enak-enak dan staff di sana juga ramah.

Perlu ditingkatkan pelayanan dan service thd tamu, dengan harga yang sama d tempat lain better service.

Saya review jika bagus banget atau buruk banget. Review untuk Tangko Resort, saya berusaha review objektif. Kelebihan.+ View ke luar jendela kamar bagus (tipe Deluxe Family lantai 2 yang satu gedung dengan lobby).+ Sound relaksasi di kamar (tidak begitu penting).+ Kasur bersih.+ Pelayan ramah.+ View di restoran bagus. Kekurangan:- Saat check in, tamu disuruh isi data sendiri tulis manual di kertas. Solusi: foocopy KTP atau staff-nya yang isiin.- Kondisi kamar usang, ada banyak noda di atap dan sawang. Solusi: cat ulang.- Balkon sharing dengan kamar sebelah, sehingga berisik sekali suara tamu dari kamar sebelah yang sedang di balkon. Solusi: kasih sekat semi permanen atau dipan rotan.- Tidak ada AC, meskipun memang udara di sana dingin tetapi sebaiknya jika tidak ada AC harus ada keterangan. Solusi: update keterangan bahwa tidak ada AC.- Telepon kamar mati (dengan alasan dicabut dari pusat karena hujan, ini tidak masuk akal), sehingga kalau mau hubungi house keeping atau pesan makanan ke luar kamar. Solusi: perbaiki atau ganti telepon jika rusak, jangan beralasan di luar nalar.- Water heater gas LPG yang selangnya terhubung ke central melalui selang, gasnya habis atau mati saat malam. Mau hubungi house keeping tidak bisa lewat telepon karena telepon di kamar mati, sedangkan posisi lagi mandi. Solusi: sebenarnya ini kondisional, tidak jadi masalah jika telepon di kamar bisa digunakan.- Keran buat switch ke shower copot (hilang/tidak ada). Solusi: ganti baru.- Air di wastafel suka mampet. Solusi: maintenance dan cek saluran air secara berkala.- Harga makanan di resto cukup mahal (belum include pajak 20 %) dengan rasa yang biasa saja. Tidak worth it. Solusi: tulis harga yang sudah include tax, ini sudah mahal belum include tax.- Saya pesan obat di apotek melalui gojek, tetapi gojeknya di tahan di satpam tidak boleh antar ke depan lobby. Sehingga saya harus jalan kaki ke pos satpam depan gerbang. Solusi: kasih akses gojek antar pesanan sampai depan lobby, tidak perlu masuk ke lobby cukup di depannya saja.- Variasi makanan saat breakfast di buffet sedikit dan cepat habis tidak direfill. Solusi: perbanyak variasi makanan dan langsung refill jika makanan habis di jam breakfast.- Banyak menu di restoran yang tidak ready. Solusi: jika memang bahannya sulit lebih baik jangan ditulis atau tambah cold storage buat simpan makanan.- Staff banyak yang bau badan sangat menyengat, baik di malam maupun pagi hari. Solusi: ada baiknya seluruh staff diwajibkan pakai deodorant atau sekalian tambahan parfume biar wangi. Ini penting! Apalagi ini staff yang bau badan berada di posisi front: penerima tamu di lobby saat check in dan kasir/staff penerima tamu di restoran. Lokasi tidak strategis, masuk ke dalam perumahan warga yang sempit dan terjal, jauh dari mana-mana. Alangkah baiknya pihak resort menyediakan minimarket yang menjual kebutuhan buat travel standar atau berdayakan warga sekitar. Kesimpulan: Dari keseluruhan baik room, experience, dan lain-lain. Untuk harga segitu jika dibandingkan dengan resort lainnya di Puncak tidak worth it (tak sebanding). Semoga review saya dibaca untuk bahan evaluasi agar Tangko Resort bisa lebih baik ke depannya.
