The hotel is located in the city center, the hotel ambiance is so good, the room cleanliness is good, and the staff service is responsive and friendly. We stayed only one night in a suite room with one double bed and one single bed for a family holiday. This hotel has a ballroom for wedding parties, and I think this hotel has a few meeting rooms. I stayed here for quite a long time, 4 nights... What made it comfortable was the nice atmosphere for resting, far from the noise... The food was also delicious...

The access is congested because there is construction, the sound of vehicles can be heard from outside, the check-in process is long, there is a deposit, got a room without a hair dryer, finally borrowed a hair dryer from the receptionist, the hair dryer was hot for a while then melted, after returning from dinner, the electricity in the room could not be turned on and short-circuited, asked to move rooms, the process took almost 1 hour, the staff did not apologize at all for the incident, breakfast was not varied, the taste was quite good, had asked for extra breakfast for 2 people but forgot to deduct it from the deposit at checkout, the staff called repeatedly like a debt collector until my cellphone died, at that time I was stuck in traffic for almost 9 hours on the toll road. The location is quite strategic, the rooms are only non-smoking, the rooms are clean and spacious but unfortunately the lights are not bright enough. The parking lot is spacious, the swimming pool is not spacious. For the restaurant because of the rooftop and glass windows from morning to afternoon, the sun is really felt so it feels hot. For the variety of food, it's not too much, the taste is also okay.

all hotel staff are friendly...have stayed here 3 times. the BF menu is also quite varied. it's just that maybe the room facilities should be checked regularly, the hairdryer is not on, and the towels provided seem not to be fully dry so that they cause an unpleasant odor on the towels. to pay attention to the room facilities again. overall okay. will stay here again. 🙏

Staff service is ok but breakfast during high season is very unpleasant. Many of the food runs out even though breakfast time is still long and the food top up takes a long time and some are not even topped up again. The taste is not good at all. The swimming pool has a nice view but is not child friendly.
