Breakfast was excellent. A lovely choice and some hot items too. Room was spotlessly clean. Decor a little tired but that didn’t take away from our stay. Liked the 24hr manned concierge desk as this gave us security as two women travelling alone. Excellent, central location within a few minutes of the main station. Would visit again.

A great option for an overnight stay while travelling. The hotel is conveniently located very close to Milano Centrale, with a number of excellent and affordable restaurants nearby. I stayed in a superior room, which was well-priced and comfortable. However, there is some room for improvement in terms of cleanliness, particularly in the bathroom. As my stay was brief and primarily for rest, this did not significantly impact my experience. I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic weekend getaway where you plan to spend extended time in the room, but it is perfectly suited for a short stopover. The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the staff were excellent—very friendly and helpful. Grazie!

Clean room, great breakfast & air conditioning. Front desk was very kind! Only thing we had trouble was with the wifi - we stayed on the 5th floor so it just didn't seem to reach. It worked well on the main floor.

First time we stayed room was good. This time it seemed to be an adjoining building and we had to change lifts to get to the room.

We could not access the hotel wifi from our room (7th floor), which was very frustrating considering we were travelling internationally and our esims were not working properly. The staff were friendly and gave good recommendations. The breakfast was sufficient. They gave us a late check out which we were grateful for, as our ride was only coming at noon.
