The location is good and easy to find. It was very practical if you arrived late at night or for transition purposes. The hotel also prepares some food to buy in their lobby. It was a nice and pleasant experience.

I chose this hotel because I needed to fly on the first flight from Sapporo. Surprisingly, it was so good. They even gave me a room with a window facing the runway, so I could watch airplanes landing and take off. The location is just one floor down from the domestic departure terminal, so it was so convenient to get around, especially since there are also many stores and cafes around. The hotel staff can speak good English, and the cleaning lady helped me get used to opening the classic type of door key that they still use. Overall, I am super happy to stay at this hotel.

Clean, presentable, and comfortable airport hotel with a well-prepared breakfast buffet that starts at 6 AM for those of us with early morning flights. The room is quite spacious by Japanese hotel standards—my wife and I were able to open up all 3 of our big suitcases very easily in the room.

Decent room with all amenities you need. We stayed for one night. Only two things things that could be improved: 1) our bathroom (depending on room) smelled a bit but fixed by spraying with rolm spray 2) if your room faces a speaker or near a speaker in the hall way, expect they start playing background music from 5am if I'm correct. I'm a light sleeper and not the planes woke me up but that unexpected music in front of your door.

The most convenient location. Great for international fliers who are very tired. We got in late and the hotel was right outside of baggage claim. This was a basic hotel but a good one!

The room was very basic, but it had all the essentials — overnight sleepwear, soap, toothbrush, towels (hand, face, and full), a hair dryer, etc. We could easily stay one night without opening our suitcases, which would be especially helpful for anyone whose luggage didn’t arrive. The mattress, however, was quite hard and I could feel the wires underneath, and the pillows were not very supportive and felt flat. Breakfast was included with both continental and Japanese options. The coffee was just okay, and there weren’t many choices for someone with dairy sensitivity.
