I visit Japan regularly and noticed a few bad reviews on this location so I’d thought I’d give my two cents. Location is awesome. It’s a very vertical apartment so if you are elderly I don’t suggest it. The AC wasn’t a problem, you just have to figure out how to work it. The Top floor is tall enough to stand up in and I’m 5’10. Can’t think of many negatives. If I lived in Tokyo full time this would be an apartment I wouldn’t mind living in long term.

Please notify guests when you have received their completed online guest information form. I submitted mine, then was asked to complete the same form some weeks later.
Also, please email the manual (lock box info, etc.) at least several days before the stay and make sure the contact phone number is not one that is out of service. The Expedia platform provided links that did not function. It is better to e-mail directly to guests rather than via the Expedia platform.
The manual itself was very thorough and useful. Thank you!

The property is nice, clean, and bright. The location is around 750 m from Shibuya Station New South Gate. The management of H2O is very responsive. The only thing that we can complain is about the stairs. It 's too steep. But definitely worth to stay.
