The location was great and close to Shibuya Station, so it was the perfect place to stay in Tokyo.
The room was very clean and the area was quiet, so I had a very comfortable stay.
You can also walk to Ebisu Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants very close to the room.
I highly recommend this accommodation.
When I return to Tokyo, I will definitely choose this hotel again.

滞在に必要なものはほぼ備え付けられていました。駅からも徒歩圏内，近くにコンビニやスーパー，ドラッグストアも充実しており，便利でした。鍵等も事前のメールでわかりやすかったです。隣室の方（外国？）の足音や話し声などが割と響いたので，神経質な方は気になるかもです。

I’ll start with the positives! Great location (although 10m walk to trains) bed was huge and comfy, has a washer which is awesome for longer travels.
Negatives: glitchy bathroom light that sometimes turns into a rave, and AC/heater remote is glitchy as well. The window shades don’t come all the way down, walls are thin (can hear the neighbors casually talking), stairs to the actual unit (front door to living) are STEEP, stairs to the bed area are very steep and uneven. God forbid you had to use the bathroom at night - it is trecherous.
Overall a functional unit for a short stay but wouldn’t stay again!

Great location and super convenient if you are just looking for a base to leave your luggage, however the apartment itself was a little bit small for three guys in their 20s. There were a few things in terms of cleanliness with how there were a few odd stains on surfaces and the towels smelling after two uses. If that doesn’t bother you then you will definitely like this place due to its convenience and easy of getting around!

숙소 자체는 진짜 좋습니다. 가파른 계단때매 술 이빠이 마시고 가면 위험할수도 있는데 필요한 가전이나 편의장비가 잘 구비되있어서 좋고 침실도 되게 넓고 쾌적해서 좋았는데 체크인할때 진짜 소통도 안되고 문이 고장나서 땡볕에 3시간동안 아무것도 못해서 많이 화나긴 했는데 뭐,, 그거 제외하면 굿

I visit Japan regularly and noticed a few bad reviews on this location so I’d thought I’d give my two cents. Location is awesome. It’s a very vertical apartment so if you are elderly I don’t suggest it. The AC wasn’t a problem, you just have to figure out how to work it. The Top floor is tall enough to stand up in and I’m 5’10. Can’t think of many negatives. If I lived in Tokyo full time this would be an apartment I wouldn’t mind living in long term.

Needs to specify the picture in the advertisement because the stairs is not for older person. Too stiff and not wide. Stairs on the sleeping area is not secured due to missing railling. Overall the apartment is clean and complete amenities.

복층구조가 생각보다 엄청나게 가파른 복층구조라 당황하긴했지만 그래도 잘 지냈고 시부야와 가까워서 도보로 다니기 매우 편리했고 동네가 매우 조용하고 안전해서 좋았습니다. 다만 체크인할때 키를 찾는데 설명이 좀 더 필요할 것 같습니다. 키 찾을때 엄청 애먹었네요. 잘 쉬다 갑니다.

Horrible. Would not consider this a place for 3 people. The “reclining” sofa in the loft is not sleepable it’s so thin that you can feel the wires in it. Air conditioning does not actually blow cold air, if you are taller than 4’10 u can’t stand in the loft (I’m 5’0) and I had to bend down the entire time, the stairs are incredibly dangerous and if you fall there is no railing to catch you. There is a musty smell radiating through the entire place.
