The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

I had an amazing experience at Citadines Osaka Namba. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Namba with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transportation. The rooms are modern, spacious, and spotless, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. I also appreciated the hotel’s stylish design and the quiet, comfortable atmosphere despite being in such a lively area. The facilities, including the gym, laundry area, and lobby lounge, were well-maintained and convenient. Everything about my stay exceeded expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka!

Our family had an amazing stay at Citadines Osaka Namba, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Osaka subway system and countless excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A very special thank you to Hoang, who went above and beyond during both our check-in and check-out. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our family, and her warmth left a lasting impression. We would also like to give a special shout out to the beverage manager at the bar in the lobby. He often greeted us with friendly service and exceptional quality of drinks (my favorite was matcha soymilk latte)! Traveling with a child, we especially loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids' playroom was a huge hit, and the guest lounge was such a thoughtful space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Having 24/7 complimentary coffee, water refill stations, and a comfortable place to relax was a wonderful bonus that we appreciated every day. From the fantastic location to the exceptional service and family-friendly amenities, our experience exceeded all expectations. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Osaka. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

This was a really great hotel. We were super well situated and could walk to pretty much everything. Just a 5-10 minute walk to some of the best street food and about a 20 minute walk to the super busy river front.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff are helpful, attentive and speak multiple languages. There is street noise at night but stopped close to midnight. Location is easy to get to anywhere in the city. The bar offers a nice place for a quiet night cap. Facilities were useful and well maintained: laundry, residents lounge for fridge, dining room, vending machines, ice and water filter.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very clean, and you can tell the staff take pride in keeping everything well maintained. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and accommodating whenever I needed assistance. The facilities were great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Wonderful family lounge. Hotel is clean and staff was great! However, the laundry is very expensive due to low power, therefore, you had to pay for multiple times (3 or 4 times) in order for your clothes to get dry completely.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Citadines Namba Osaka was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite and it was honestly the perfect setup for our family. After moving between cities, having that much space felt like such a luxury. The suite was beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The in-room laundry was a complete game changer for a longer trip, and having a full kitchen made everything easier and more comfortable. It truly felt like having a home base instead of just a hotel room. We stayed here for the longest stretch of our trip and used it as our launching point for exploring Osaka, Kyoto, Nara, and Universal Studios Japan. Being able to come back each night to somewhere spacious and relaxing made such a difference. Transit was generally very easy (a little busy during rush hour, as expected), but overall the location worked incredibly well for getting around. If you're traveling as a family or planning several days in the Kansai area, I can’t recommend Citadines Namba Osaka enough. Gorgeous, clean, spacious, comfortable—and one of those places that made the whole trip feel easier and more enjoyable.

Very clean, very good breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, very central and close to the metro, Dotonbori, restaurants, etc. I continue to rave about the EXTREMELY comfortable pillows— literally the best hotel pillows I have ever experienced. There's a common lounge-kitchen area where people can have breakfast, get coffee from the coffee machine, etc. The same grill that's used to toast bread is also used by people to grill steak... which was a bit unhygienic. Doubt I'll be staying here again.

Excellent location, very central to the Namba area. Only 10-15min to Dotonbori depending on your pace. Very clean and spacious room. As soon as you enter the hotel everyone greets you and tries to be accommodating as possible. Definitely recommend.
