Nice service, spacious room for 3 peoples..easy to check in and out..strategic location in shinsaibashi, many shopping store and near Metro station, definitely would back again :)

I had a good 3 nights stay. The location is perfect to Dotomburi and Shinsaibashi station by walk. Good restaurants and convenient store just everywhere. And as heard a lot, Japanese are always very thoughtful. Even when I put my rooms on DND status, they've prepared a bag full of amenities and new fresh towels on the door handle. View from 10th floor is good too, the room is small but not an issue for me. Amenities quality is super. Onsen on the 13th is everything, and always needed when you walk too much in Japan :) Will be back whenever possible.

The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options for all tastes. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help with any issue or request you might have. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth recommending.

Breakfast = amazing! So much variety and all seasoned perfectly. Bedroom = Very good. Lots of little extras like toiletries/combs/slippers in case you forget anything. Only downside was mattress was so hard :( Onsen = Very good. It's a single onsen but was nice to have at the end of a long day Area = Very good. Not too loud and still close to lots of bars/restaurants/subway Overall a very good location and hotel. I would stay again

The hotel was in a great location, really near to Dotonbori which was perfect for exploring. I didn’t try the hotel breakfast but I did try the free bread which was tasty and appreciated! The hotel had a coin laundry which was useful. The room was good, although compact, and the bed was comfy. The tv was in such a stupid position though, it was hard to not bump into it as you walked into the room. Staff weren’t super friendly but I didn’t have much engagement with them anyway. The room was clean and had everything needed.

The property is great in a nicely situated location. However. A downside is the room sink did not have any hot water when washing hands. The water level is so minimum you can’t wash anything. Often time if hot water is needed to blast something for washing , we had to go in the shower or boil water.

I'm not regret choosing this as my 1st osaka trip hotel! The hotel staff were very friendly and the room is very nice, although a little bit small but is enough for 2 pax! Me and my wife enjoy the stay in this hotel, and it is very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and there's a lot of food nearby to the hotel, if you looking hotel for your osaka trip, this is your best choice!
