The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious; we booked for three people, and there was still room to unpack our suitcases on the floor. The amenities were complete. It's very close to the station and shopping centers. If you're in Osaka, definitely stay here!

Stayed at Hotel Nikko Osaka for 6 days and 5 nights, very grateful to have chosen this hotel, the location is right in front of Parco and Daimaru malls, the metro station is also right next to the hotel, the family just walked behind the hotel and there were many Family Mart options, walking to Shinsaibashi and Kuromon Market is also only a matter of minutes😍

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious (rare in Japan) and the beds were very comfortable. No complaints whatsoever.

Located in a bustling center, lined with well-known boutiques, it's easily accessible to the hotel and major attractions. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and easy to find food. I'd stay here again if I ever visit Osaka.

Staff doesn't have sufficient knowledge about the hotel-subway connection. We ended up stepping out of hotel, climbing up and down dozens of stairs and entering subway. In fact, level -2 of hotel is directly connected to subway and train station and walking can be much easier -- only if you asked the right staff and got the correct directions!

The hotel is conveniently situated in Osaka's shipping district. While our room and bathroom were smaller than we had expected for two people, the central location was definitely a plus. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering both Japanese and standard breakfast options. Overall, the service was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Location is quite convenient with direct access from metro and lots of stores and restaurants close by. The room had what I thought was a lingering smell of smoking. I saw no laundry machines in the building.

Right at the heart of Shinsaibashi. No need to cross the streets as the hotel is connected to underground subway train station(Midosuji—red train line) also connected underground with Daimaru and Parco Department Stores. Dotonburi is just 10 minutes walk. Lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel is very well maintained and very clean. All toiletries are provided. I will get this hotel again when visiting Osaka.

The location of this hotel is so convenient for our visit. It was summer, we can walk around Shinsaibashi, eat and come back to hotel rest , after resting we can come out again. There is a limousine bus go fromKIX to Nikko ( not after 8 PM), and also there is 3 buses on different time goes from hotel to KIX. Plus so many small restaurants around the hotel plus indoor shopping mall on cross the street if the weather is bad. I am glad we pick this hotel.

The hotel was in a good location, walking distance to some main attractions. There was also a 7/11 very close. The rooms were a tad small but overall it was very clean and staff assisted with bringing our luggage up. We only stayed 1 night but I would definitely recommend the hotel.
