I had a delightful stay here. The staff were so attentive and provided excellent service. The location so perfect for first time travellers. I would highly recommend and would stay again if I visit in Osaka.

Really enjoyed my 3 day getaway trip from Tokyo to Osaka, perfect location on top of the train station and close to all the shopping and food. Super clean with all amenities you can think you would need. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful, I have recommended this hotel to my friends visiting Osaka next month. Next time I plan to stay longer in Osaka and definitely will stay here again!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. My room was on a higher floor with city views, which made the stay feel a little more special and provided a pleasant outlook. The location was another major advantage. The hotel was well situated and very convenient for public transport, making it easy to get around the city and explore the surrounding area. One of the highlights was the lounge access, which offered refreshments and drinks at various times throughout the day. This was a really welcome addition and added genuine value to the experience, providing a comfortable place to relax between sightseeing and other activities. The room itself was comfortable, with a reasonably comfortable bed and well-maintained bathroom facilities. Everything was clean and in good condition. The hotel does not have a gym, which may be a drawback for some travellers. However, for me, the lounge access more than compensated for this and helped distinguish the property from many other city hotels. Overall, this was a comfortable and enjoyable stay in a convenient location, and I would happily consider staying here again.

Great central location in Osaka. The room was very nice. The staff was very helpful for receiving and shipping baggage. The location right on the subway line was very convenient, especially in the rain. Room was nicely renovated and had a great view from the 22nd floor.

LOVED having access to the station just downstairs of the hotel. It was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice! There was a local tax charged for our stay but it was only about $7-8 usd, so I didn’t have any issue with it! It’s also very close to a long shopping street and shopping malls. Great place!

-Near to shopping area like Daimaru, Parco, Dotonburi. - clean room. -walking distance to Shinsaibashi station. -Doutor Café (at trainstation) serves nice breakfast sandwich with a drink.

Highly recommend! Hotel Nikko Osaka is such a gem! Located by all of the main shopping areas and attached to the train station. It could not have been any more perfect or convenient. Rooms were exceptionally spacious for what you would expect in Japan. I will definitely be staying here again!

It is not often that you find large hotel rooms in Japan. Plus the location is amazing, with just a very short walk to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi shopping street. You won't feel too far away from everything but at same time won't have to deal with the crowds of tourists.

Top location. Easy to get to and from the airport. Amazing staff.
